(She/her) Carole’s time with Youth Singers began as a volunteer in 2019 when her son joined the KIDZXPRESS division. She holds a Diploma in Social Work from Mount Royal College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. Carole has worked with nonprofit organizations and the Alberta Government, with a focus on crisis management, case management, assessment, and providing ongoing support in human services, health services, and domestic violence. She is passionate about helping people and supporting them to better their lives.

Carole recently launched a coaching business, Conscious Living Coaching, allowing her to use her years of experience in a beautiful way. She is a Certified Life and Wellness Coach and a candidate for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Carole is thrilled to bring her skills and experience to the Youth Singers team.
