Catherine is retired from her career as a public servant. For 40 years, in positions with the Government of Canada and the provinces of Saskatchewan and British Columbia, she worked in the areas of advocacy, economic development, engagement, executive services, human resources, intergovernmental relations, investment attraction, policy development, procurement, program operations, and trade development. She especially enjoyed her 15 years in leadership roles. She currently works on a casual basis with Canada Energy Regulator in Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. She has been involved in various volunteer roles with Youth Singers for 23 years. She, her husband and their two daughters have all been in YSC choirs.
